School of Management, RK University and ReachMuchHigher Academic Foundation conducted the first part of a three-month training program on 'Effectiveness & Productivity Enhancement'. Participants from various companies of Rajkot learned many essential skills from Dr. O. P. Goel, Dr. (HC) Hiren Panchal and Dr. Nirav Mandavia to enhance effectiveness and productivity that included clarity on roles & responsibilities, accountability & proactiveness, time management, planning excellence & execution focus and achieving extraordinary results.
