SOM attempts to facilitate the transformational experience of students as they learn to grapple with contextualizing their career in the unfolding meaning of their life.
Research is at the core of our educational processes centered on enabling students along with demands of academic rigor and evolving lifelong eco systems.
The intellectual environment at the school encourages exploring available research findings be they classical, neo classical or cutting edge and examine them in context of the problem to be solved along the dimensions of cognitive as well as affective nuances of decision making as well as an approximated orientation to the required behavior.
The programmes and courses listed here are a mere indicative skeletal sketch of the evolving nature of transformation happening as a result of fission-fusion and the emergent blend of discourse between research, intellectual capital and the students.
